At our church, ministry is a shared calling. Every team exists to help people know Christ, grow in faith, and serve others. Explore the teams below to discover where you can connect and make a difference.
Leadership Team
Purpose: Provide spiritual, strategic, and organizational guidance for the church, supporting the pastor and coordinating ministry efforts.
What They Do:

Pray for and support the Senior Pastor

Help set ministry goals and evaluate progress

Coordinate communication between ministry teams

Assist with planning church‑wide initiatives

Provide counsel on major decisions

Strengthen unity and alignment across all ministries
Who Serves: Pastor, Deacon Chair, Ministry Team Leaders, and Personnel Team Representative (or as defined by your church

Deacon Ministry
Purpose: Serve the church through practical ministry and member care.
What They Do:

Care for widows, elderly, and families in need

Assist with Lord’s Supper and baptisms

Support the pastor

Provide prayer and encouragement
Join This Team: Deacons (nominated and affirmed by the church)

Worship & Music Ministry
Purpose: Lead our congregation in Christ‑centered worship through music, Scripture, and prayer.
What They Do:

Plan weekly worship services

Lead music and congregational singing

Manage sound, media, and livestream

Encourage a culture of worship and excellence

Finance & Stewardship
Purpose: Manage church finances with integrity and transparency.
What They Do:

Budget planning

Offering counting and reporting

Financial record‑keeping

Stewardship education

Personnel Team
Purpose: Support the church by helping select, evaluate, and encourage staff and key volunteer leaders with wisdom, fairness, and prayerful discernment.
What They Do:

Assist the church in hiring, evaluating, and supporting staff

Provide accountability and encouragement for ministry leaders

Review job descriptions and recommend updates

Help resolve personnel‑related concerns with grace and confidentiality

Ensure policies and procedures reflect biblical values and legal best practices

Promote a healthy, unified ministry culture

Discipleship & Education
Purpose: Equip believers to grow in biblical knowledge and spiritual maturity.
What They Do:

Oversee Sunday School and small groups

Children’s Ministry
Purpose: Partner with families to teach children the gospel in a safe, loving environment.

Student / Youth Ministry
Purpose: Disciple students to know Christ, grow in faith, and live on mission.
What They Do:

Senior Adult Ministry Team
Purpose: Encourage, support, and disciple senior adults through fellowship, care, and spiritual growth opportunities.

Support seniors during life transitions and health challenges
